So this last week pretty much killed me. I was up at 6am every morning working out, i was eating right...and my weight was not moving an ounce! So I was ready to give up after less than 2 weeks. I didnt work out on Sunday or yesterday and I ate half of a pizza hut pizza last night. I laid in bed this morning thinking about what I had done and I couldn't help but kick myself in the a$$! So I got up and I think I just had the best workout since I started working out two weeks ago. I will NOT give up!!! I have a lot of damage control to do since I ate that pizza (and drank a 20 oz Mt Dew) but every pound gained is a pound that can be lost...so be it. I have a long way to go but I'm not done.

@ 8:34am ET on November 3, 2009 DONT WORRY ULL MAKE IT I GO THRU THAT LOL WHEN I EAT SWEETS I FEEL GUILTY SO WHAT I DO THE NEXT DAY I TRY TO EAT REALLY HEALTHY AND NOT MUCH ALSO HOW MANY TIMES A DAY U EAT I TRY JUST 3 MEALS AND ONE SNACK I CANT O 5 MEALS A DAY THEN I OVER EAT ITS HARD BUT HEY 30 PONDS SO FAR IN 7 MNTHS DOUGH BUT HEY IM GOING FOR 20 MORE LOL GOOD LUK LOL BBYGRL

@ 12:24pm ET on November 3, 2009 This is the first time I can honestly say I've started over just a day after falling off the wagon. Every other time I've lost weight, once I fell off...I stayed off! So this is a whole new beginning for me :D
@ 12:57pm ET on November 3, 2009 We all have slip-ups, but the important thing is that you started over! You could've easily carried it over into the week or stopped altogether, but you didn't! Like you said, you've come so far and I know you'll continue to do great! ~Sara :o)
