So this last week pretty much killed me. I was up at 6am every morning working out, i was eating right...and my weight was not moving an ounce! So I was ready to give up after less than 2 weeks. I didnt work out on Sunday or yesterday and I ate half of a pizza hut pizza last night. I laid in bed this morning thinking about what I had done and I couldn't help but kick myself in the a$$! So I got up and I think I just had the best workout since I started working out two weeks ago. I will NOT give up!!! I have a lot of damage control to do since I ate that pizza (and drank a 20 oz Mt Dew) but every pound gained is a pound that can be lost...so be it. I have a long way to go but I'm not done.
