Snack day on Friday was killer and I went waaaaay overboard on sweets. There were sooooo many of them...my weakness. I should've had an itty bitty bit and STOPPED there. Did I? Heck no! Not only that, but I continued on during the weekend. Then, my trick of Halloween came...that time of month! I was hesitant to get on the scale this morning (even more afraid yesterday so didn't), and was shocked to see that I was down .2 pounds from last Tues. which means I'm probably even less than that since I usually gain 2-3 pounds during that time of month! Horray! I am back on track and staying that way! ~Sara :o)
